Greek Salad ギリシャ風サラダ

Serves: 3 – 4
- 2-3 tomato
- 2 cucumber
- 60g olive
- 50-60g feta cheese
- 50cc olive oil
- 25cc vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Cut the tomato and cucumber and cheese into small bite-size.
- Pit the olive and cut into mince.
- Mix together and add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.
