Mascarpone Cheese Dolce マスカルポーネのドルチェ

- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 100g fresh cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 drops lemon juice
- 1-2 finger biscuits for each
- Beat fresh cream until soft and creamy, put mascarpone cheese in a large bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula, add the fresh cream, sugar and lemon juice, and fold together . Put in freezer and serve with biscuits.
