- 1 whole papaya
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- Put the papaya on the work surface, keeping it stable Cut a thick slice or wedge from the upper side of the fruit and keep to use as a lid later, scoop out the seeds from the remaining section.
- In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, heavy cream and condensed milk, pour into the hollowed out papaya, taking care not to overfill.
- Cut the papaya lid back on and wrap in heat resistant plastic wrap, microwave on medium for about 5-6 min until the sauce is very hot. Remove carefully from the microwave.
- Immediately take off the wrap, carefully spoon out the papaya flesh and hot sauce into small bowls and serve.
