Dried Plums Compote プラムコンポート

Serves: 3
- 20 dried plums
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cointreau
- 200 cc water
- Place the water, honey and Cointreau into a pot, over a medium heat. When the honey is melted, add the plums.
- Lightly stir, and reduce the low heat, simmer for about 10 min with cover.
- Let stand cool and serve with Ice cream or Yogurt.
