- 2 paprika (red, yellow, or orange )
- 1 zucchini
- 1 small size onion
- 1½ tsp curry powder
- 3-4 leaves laurier
- 15 whole black pepper
- salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200ml wine vinegar
- Cut the paprika and zucchini into bite-size, and cut the onion into thinly slice.
- Boil the vegetable in salted hot water for about 30-40 second and drain, and pour 350ml remaining boiled liquid into another pot. Add the curry powder, laurier, black pepper, salt, sugar, and wine vinegar into the pot, and bring to the boil briefly, and add the vegetables, mix briefly, and let stand cool.
This dish looks truly spicy pickled.I like pickles very much specially with mango and lime.This is a good spicy pickled dish with zucchini.I will make it as it is easy.
I don’t think I’m into spicy foods but I am always ready for something new. And this looks just like the dish that can tickle your taste buds and go for more. I’m sure it is a hit.
