French Toast

The rain has finally stopped here in Japan and it’s a beautiful morning today. I hope everyone week is going well. Today’s recipes are not a Japanese recipe, but it’s a recipe that my family loves to eat from time to time. It’s called French toast. I hope you enjoy it. Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Fresh Toast.
Ingredients
  • 4 slice bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • butter

Instructions
  1. Drop the egg into a bowl, and add the milk and sugar, and mix well. Then soak the bread in egg mixture.
  2. Heat the butter in frying pan over a low heat. When melted butter, places the bread in a frying pan, and cook with cover. When light browned side, and turn over then cook both side take off the cover.
  3. Arrange the French toast a plate; serve with honey or maple syrup.
