- 2 bowls cooked rice
- 60g young sardines
- ½ carrot, cut into minced
- ¼ medium size onion, cut into minced
- 2 green pepper, cut into minced
- 1½tbsp vegetable oil
- ½tbsp butter
- ½tsp salt
- 2g (1/2pack) dried bonito flakes
- konbu kelp powder
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the young sardines over a medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrot, green pepper, and fry for 2 or 3 min, add the butter and cooked rice and continue fry.
- Seasoning with salt, pepper and konb kelp powder, then turn off the heat. Add the dried bonito flakes and stir- mix briefly. Serve immediately.
