Well, Today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a delicious recipe called Bacon and Rice with Soy Sauce or ベーコンご飯 in Japanese. This is a very easy recipe to make for breakfast or dinner, because it’s that simple to make. I’m sure that your family enjoys this one. This is similar to making Fried Rice. Let’s see what we need to make our Bacon and Rice with Soy Sauce recipe dish.
Ingredients
  • 4 slice bacon
  • 1-1½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 portion cooked rice
  • spring onion

Instructions
  1. Cut the bacon into strips and combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and lemon juice.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon. Add the combined soy sauce, mirin, sake, and lemon juice. Turn off the heat, and add the cooked rice and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion.
