- 250g sliced beef, cut into strips
- 1 onion, cut into thinly slice
- 12 mushroom, cut in half
- 4 tsp paprika
- 4 tbsp flour
- 200 cc fresh cream
- 200 cc Worcester sauce
- 300 cc red wine + 100 cc ketchup ( If you have “madeira wine”, use 400 cc madera wine.)
- 400 cc water
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- Put the beef in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, paprika, and flour in this order. Mix and rub well.
- Heat the oil into a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms briefly. Add the beef and fry .
- When become to half cooked of beef, add the red wine and ketchup and off the alcohol briefly. Add the fresh cream worcester sauce, and water and simmer briefly over a high heat.

but i still cant cook ths recipe, im still cant find the Worcester sauce, i live here in Barcelona, i also trying to look for a tonkatsu sauce in replace for Worcester sauce..

AWWW! The measurements may be wrong Naoko. I made this tonight and it was unedible. It was so acidic it was shocking. I think the worcester sauce and the wine measurements needs to be changed I think.
