☆Nori Lunch Box(のり弁) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, My weekend is starting off very well today. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Nori Lunch Box. This great for the kids if they need to take home lunch or when you go on a family picnic. Fun to make with your kids also.
So, let get our ingredients that we need to make our Nori Lunch Box.
To make scrambled eggs
Ingredients:
☆ 1 lunch box cooked rice
☆ Nori-seaweed, yukari-furikake
☆ soy sauce
Ingredients for Scrambled eggs
☆ 1 egg, beaten
☆ 1tsp sugar
☆ salt
* Place the beaten egg, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the egg mixture into a frying pan and make scrambled egg on a low heat.
Ingredients for Spinach with sesame dressing
☆ 1/3 bunch spinach
☆ 1/2 tsp sugar
☆ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
☆ 1 tbsp grind white sesame
To make spinach with sesame dressig
*Boil the spinach and squeeze out of moisture, and cut into 1.5 cm lengthwise. Dressing with sugar, soy sauce and grind sesame.
Ingredients for Fried dried white radish with young sardine
☆ 30g dried white radish
☆ 20g young sardine
☆ 1tbsp sesame oil
☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 1 tsp mirin
☆ 3/4 cup dashi stock
To make fried dried white radish with young sardie
* Soak the dried white radish until soften (about 15 min). Squeeze out of moisture and cut into bite-size. Heat the sesame oil into frying pan, and add the dried white radish and fry. Then, add the young sardine, mirin, soy sauce and dashistock, and simmer until liquid is gone with drop-lid.
Direction
1. mix 1/3 cooked rice and fried dried white radish and Mix other 1/3 cooked rice and yukari-furikake.
2. Place the fried diried white radish rice, youkari with rice, scrambles egg, 1/3 other cooked rice in oeder in a lunch box. Sprinkle the teared nori sea-weed on top, and drop a little of soy sauce on top.
