- 100g spam, cut into rectangles pieces
- ⅙ cabbage cut into 2㎝ pieces
- ⅓ onion cut into 1㎝ slice
- ⅓ carrot cut into rectangles
- ½ pack sprouts
- ½ bunch spring onion cut into 4-5㎝ length pieces
- 20g “KURUMA-BU”(wheat gluten bread)
- A:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ tsp salt
- a little of pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- a little of pepper
- a little of dried bonito powder
- Soak the KURUMABU in cold water, for about 10 min, and squeeze out of the moisture, and marinate into “A” for 2-3 min. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan, and fry briefly. transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Put the other oil same frying pan, and spam, carrot, onion, cabbage, sprouts in this order and fry.
- Put the back into “KURUMABU” into the pan, and adjust the flavor with salt, pepper, soy sauce and dried bonito powder. Then serve immediately.
