Baked Cheese Cake

- 2 pack cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200g sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ tbsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For Crust
- 1 box graham crackers
- 75g butter
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- To make crust: Crush the cracker in a bowl until like bread crumbs, add the all spices, melted butter and sugar and mix well.
- Press into a bottom of a baking pan.
- To make cheese cake fillings: Separate eggs, put whites to one side, beat yolks with a mixer until thick and pale.
- Add the sour cream, salt, flour, and ¾ cup of sugar, vanilla extract and liquor if desired, mix well. (Sour cream should be softened before mixing).
- Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Set mixture set aside.
- Beat the egg whites until foamy, slowly add ¼ cup of sugar, beating whites until stiff and shiny.
- Slowly add egg white mixture into cheese mixture. Fold together. Pour mixture over preheat crust and smooth top.
- Bake for 1 hour at 165℃ or until the center does not wobble if gently shaken.
