I will see if I can full fill your request, Now let’s what we are cooking in the kitchen today. Enjoy
- For White Sauce:
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 6tbsp Flour
- 450cc Warm Milk
- ½ tsp Salt
- Main Ingredients:
- 120g Onion, Finely Chop
- 50g Celery, Finely Chop
- 120g Crab Meat
- ⅙ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sake
- ⅕ tsp Nutmeg
- ⅕ tsp Clove
- ¼ Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Flour
- 2 cups Bread Crumbs
- Vegetable Oil for Deep Fry
- Make to white sauce : Heat the frying pan, add the butter, when it the melted, add the flour and fry for about 5 minute.
- Remove the frying pan from the heat, add the warm milk, and mix well with whisk, Place the heat again, stir-mix with wood spoon until sauce is boiled. Add the salt.
- Heat the oil into a other frying pan, add the onion and celery and fry. Add the crab meat, sake, nutmeg, clove, black pepper and white sauce and mix well. Let stand cool for about 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Shape into the roll,coat the flour, combine the water and egg beaten, then breadcrumbs. Deep fry at 170℃ degrees until crispy.
クリームコロッケ大好き。普通のよりちょっと面倒なんだけどね。今日はブログ友達が私のコロッケを作ったという話を聞いて、もう一日中コロッケの事ばかり。なおこさんのブログに来ても、すぐにコロッケに目が行ったし。美味しそうだわー。食べたい!!
ホワイトソースを固めにつくると上手くいきやすいみたい。ただ、今回はバターの量を若干間違えたため(ちょっと多めにいれちゃったw計量ミスですわ。。。)重っ!って感じに。。。^^;
