- 1 bunch Fresh Spinach
- 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- ½ tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
- 1 tsp. Hot Chinese Soybean Paste
- Salt (Your Preference.)
- Now we are ready to start. First wash the spinach in water. When you are done with that, get a pot filled with water and start boiling it. When the water starts to boil, add salt. (Here it is up to you how much you would like to add, I usually add 2 pinches of salt). Now add your spinach to the boiling water and let it set for about 15 to 20 seconds. You don’t want to overdo the spinach here.
- When you are done boiling the spinach, put it in a water strainer and run water over it for a bit. Now you need to squeeze the spinach to make sure that you get all the water out of it.
- Now we are going to cut the spinach into inch an a half and put them into a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients into the bowl.(oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, and hot Chinese soybean paste.)
- Mix this with your hands until you have everything all mixed together.
- Now you are ready to serve, add it into a small bowl and you’re done. I hope you enjoy making this like I did, try it out and share this with your friends and family.
