Braised Deep Fried Tofu 厚揚げ甘辛炒め煮

Serves: 2
- 150g thick deep-fried tofu
- 30g pork belly sliced
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp dashi soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 50 cc water
- Tear the deep fried tofu into bite size, and cut the pork into bite-size pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan add the dashi soy sauce, sugar, water , and deep fried tofu and simmer briefly, then continue simmer until almost liquid is gone, when done, turn off the heat and place into a bowl, and serve.
