- 150 grams chicken ground meat
- 4 green string beans
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dashi mix
- Firstly we are going to cut the string beans in diagonal slice cuts and then we are going to fry the bean until they become nice and soft.
- Secondly we are going to scramble the egg lightly and this should only take a 1 minute to cook.
- Thirdly we are going cook our ground meat for about 5 minutes then add our liquid ingredients and cook for about 5 more minutes.
- Now that we are done with our cooking part, we need to add our cook ingredients to our rice bowl. The cooked ground meat will take up half of the bowl. The egg and bean will take half and half of the remaining space. Now your ready to server.
