Watercress and Onion Salad クレソンと玉葱のサラダ

- 2 bunch watercress
- ½ onion
- 3-4 tbsp “TEN-KASU” (bit of deep fried tempura batter)
- 1 tbsp ponzu
- 1 tbsp dashi soy sauce
- Cut the water cress into half lengthwise pieces, and cut the onion into thinly slice and rinse in the cold water for about 5 min and drain on a sieve.
- Combine the ponzu sauce and dashi soy sauce and mix. Dress the watercress and onion. Arrange to the plate, sprinkle the “TEN-KASU”on top.
