Chicken and Celery with Grain Mustard チキンとセロリの粒マスタード和え

- 2 fillets chicken breast
- 2 celery
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- ½ lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Remove the threads from celery's stem part and cut into 2㎝ wide pieces and cut the leaf part of one celery into chop.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken and celery and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the grain mustard and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Add the fried chicken and celery and toss well.
