Diet Recipe#1 Chicken with Basil Sauce 鶏肉のバジルソース

- 100g × 2 chicken thigh
- little of salt and pepper for chicken
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2㎝ carrot
- 3g basil
- A: For Basil sauce
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- ⅓ tsp sugar
- little of salt and pepper (your taste)
- Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the chicken.
- Cut the basil into mince. Combine the all ingredients of sauce "A", add the basil and mix well.
- Cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces and carrot into in rectangles and boil until tender.
- Grill the chicken in oven toaster for about 5-8 min.
- Arrange the chicken and pour the sauce on chicken. Garnish with lettuce and carrot.
