Japanese Vinegary Cucumber Salad

- 2 Japanese or 3 Persian cucumbers
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wakame seaweed

- Slice cucumbers as thin as you can. Add in salt and mix well, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Next squeeze water out from cucumbers.
- Get a bowl, add your rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together mix until sugar dissolves.
- Lastly add the vinegar mix, wakame, and sesame seeds to your cucumbers and mix well.
- Place in a dish and server.
